Order Refunds and After-Sales

Seller returns, warehouse questions and international parcel claims follow different processes. Fast reporting, clear evidence and the correct request type improve the chance of a useful review.

First identify where the problem happened

An unpurchased order, a seller return, a warehouse mismatch and an internationally delivered parcel are not the same after-sales case. Check the current order or parcel status and choose the request path that matches it.

Do not submit an international parcel while a warehouse item is under return or exchange review. Shipping can close or complicate the seller-side solution.

Seller return or exchange before international shipping

If QC shows the wrong variant, missing quantity or visible damage, save the photos and explain the exact mismatch. Seller eligibility and deadlines depend on the marketplace, item category and listing terms. Customized, used, hygiene-sensitive or non-returnable products may have limited options.

Domestic return freight or service costs may apply even when the marketplace accepts a return. An exchange can take longer because the first item must travel back and the replacement must be purchased or shipped again.

Write a useful request: state the order number, selected variant, visible problem, desired solution and the photo that shows the issue. Avoid combining unrelated complaints in one sentence.

Warehouse quantity or handling questions

When the issue concerns intake, stored quantity or an optional warehouse service, compare the order record, seller tracking, QC images and warehouse notes. Request a recount or clarification while the item is still stored.

Normal photo lighting, measurement tolerance or packaging variation may not be a warehouse error. Focus on evidence that distinguishes a mismatch from expected variation.

Damage, missing contents or delivery problems

For visible outer damage, photograph every side of the parcel before opening. Record the shipping label, seals, internal packaging and each item. If contents are missing, keep the package and weight label and create one continuous unboxing record when possible.

For tracking problems, confirm the address, carrier and latest scan. Local carriers may require the recipient to contact them or provide a loss certificate. Claim windows and compensation depend on the selected route and insurance.

Understand the refund path

A seller refund may first return to the platform balance after the seller receives and approves the item. Withdrawal to the original payment method can be a separate step with its own processing time and fees.

Do not assume every cost is refundable. Domestic freight, payment fees, international freight, services or return postage may follow different rules. Read the live policy and final decision for the specific case.

Quick answers

How quickly should I report a problem?

As soon as you have clear evidence. Seller, warehouse, carrier and insurance processes can each have strict request windows.

What evidence should I keep?

Order pages, selected variants, QC images, warehouse notes, parcel details, tracking, outer-box photos, labels and an unboxing record when relevant.

Does a refund return directly to my card?

Not always. It may first appear in platform balance, while withdrawal or reversal to the original method follows a separate process.
